If you're serious about hospitality or tourism and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, read on. This is a rare opportunity to work at one of Australia’s most respected eco-tourism stations, where tourism is tied directly to conservation.

We’re seeking experienced hospitality or tourism professionals who bring more than just a friendly face. You’ll need to demonstrate exceptional people skills and a natural ability to deliver superior customer service. A strong track record of achieving quality outcomes is essential, along with confident communication and excellent organisational abilities. Time management will be key, as will a flexible, can-do attitude—no two days are the same at Wooleen, and a strong work ethic is a must in our dynamic, remote setting.

Our team is small but mighty. We work closely across departments, so flexibility and collaboration are essential. An interest in conservation, regenerative tourism, and sustainable living is important, and you'll need to be comfortable living and working remotely in a tight-knit crew.

At Wooleen, guests are welcomed like friends, and the personal, thoughtful experience we offer is a big part of why they return. We’re looking for people who genuinely care, take pride in their work, and understand the impact of excellent hospitality in a place like this.

Wooleen Station is located in the outback northeast of Perth. We’re an award-winning eco-stay on a breathtaking 325,000-acre cattle station dedicated to restoration and sustainability of Australia’s rangelands. Guests come for the wide skies and ancient landscapes, but stay for the warmth, purpose, and connection.

We offer a variety of accommodation experiences, from hosted Homestead Stays to remote bush camping. The station also features self-drives, hiking trails, birdwatching, mountain biking, rich cultural heritage, and stunning biodiversity.
